Minor details make a Major Difference
"Minor details make a Major Difference" to a greater meaning. Sandy and her team helped me sell my home in West Georgia. She and her team connected me with discounted professional stagers, contractors, and inspectors. They were awesome with selling my home and helping me find a home closer to my office.
During the process of these transactions, she and her team found my animals a bit of an issue when showing my home. I had 5 dogs and 2 cats, a Doberman, Mastiff, Jack Russell Terrier, and 2 Dachshund twins. Needless to say some agents were just a little concerned about showing my home. At each showing she or one of her team members would meet the prospective agents and clients and entertain my animals while they browsed around the home. Sandy claims that she didn't get attached but when I was forced to put my Doberman down she wouldn't let me do it until she could come by and say good-bye to Daisy.
